One more breezy day with winds out of the east at 15-25 mph. Skies will be mostly sunny for mostly everyone across the state. Lighter tradewinds tomorrow and then light and variable winds on Friday. Looking ahead to the weekend, the forecast calls for light trades to return with mostly cloudy skies and wet weather windward and mauka. That forecast is subject to change. We'll have to wait for more computer model runs before we have confidence in the weekend forecast.
The WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY for the upper slopes of Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa on the Big Island has been extended through today.
A HIGH SURF ADVISORY remains in effect for east shores of Kauai, Oahu, Molokai, Maui and the Big Island for surf in the 6-8+ range as long as the winds continue to blow.
