HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Honolulu Police arrested local singer, Cecilio Rodriguez on suspicion of drunken driving. He was pulled over on the Moanalua Freeway headed west bound near Fort Shafter late Thursday night. Rodriguez is half of the popular island group "Cecilio and Kapono", also known as C&K. It's his second drunk driving arrest in three years. Rodriguez is free on a one-thousand dollar bond. He's scheduled to appear in Honolulu District Court on March 19th.
